Pelvic Floor and Performance Specialist
Dr. Madison Herman was born and raised in East Berlin, Pennsylvania, where she first developed a passion for athletics by racing dirt bikes throughout Pennsylvania and Maryland alongside her father. During high school, Madison excelled as a multi-sport athlete, participating in volleyball, track, swimming, and diving.
In 2015, she relocated to Florida to attend The University of South Florida, earning a Bachelor of Science in Health Science with a minor in Nutrition. After completing her undergraduate studies, Madison moved to Georgia to further her education at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM), where she obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Her professional journey began in Maryland, focusing on sports performance physical therapy and pelvic health specialization. She has had the privilege of treating a wide range of patients including professional, amateur, and youth athletes, as well as individuals experiencing various pelvic health conditions. With advanced pelvic floor training through Herman & Wallace and ICE Physio, Dr. Herman has established herself as a dedicated and compassionate expert in her field.
Dr. Herman is strongly committed to improving the quality of life for her patients through her expertise in orthopedics and women’s pelvic health. Her specialties encompass post-operative care for ACL injuries, shoulder pain, hip and knee pain, hypermobility, pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, urinary frequency, dyspareunia (painful intercourse), and cesarean section recovery.

Since moving to the Phoenix-metro area, she has embraced exploring local hiking trails and experiencing the vibrant culinary scene.

Founder & Performance Specialist
Dr. Matthew Brown is a native to Arizona. He grew up in the Northwest Valley with a love for sports and helping others. He played basketball in high school and in college for 2 years before transferring to ASU to finish his kinesiology degree in 2014. He then attended Midwestern University in Glendale to complete his Doctoral of Physical Therapy degree. He then furthered his education by attending a Sports Residency program in Tucson and completed with his Sports Certified Specialization. He then opened Corrective Physical Therapy in 2023.
When he is not treating patients, Matthew loves spending time with his family, friends, and his dogs. He continues his love for sports and loves to play everything. He is an avid golfer, new to pickleball, and still continues to play basketball. He likes to learn new skills and to continue to challenge himself.
